A three year capital campaign
The heart of our mission as a church, and the reason why we started a school, is to be a seed of the kingdom of God, that his kingdom might grow and flourish in our city. It is hard to put into words all that has happened in the first three years of our church and school. God has been incredibly gracious and kind to plant us in the heart of Yakima, and our hope is that this campaign will help to solidify our standing in our city for the next 100 years and more until God’s kingdom comes on earth
as it is in heaven. We are so thankful for you and are thrilled to invite you into the story that God is weaving through Saint Andrew’s and Immanuel.

Thy Kingdom Come is a three-year campaign to further the mission of Saint Andrew’s Presbyterian Church and Immanuel Classical School. We aim to raise at least $500,000 to restore our buildings to life so that we may effectively minister to our community.
Through God’s gracious provision, in 2021 we purchased the SAPC building at a price below market rate. We purchased this well-worn property at a reasonable price knowing that many repairs would be needed. While it’s true that our building has created an incredible home for our new church and school, we must now engage in critical renovation projects so we can continue to grow and carry out our mission.
This campaign will allow Saint Andrew’s Presbyterian Church and Immanuel Classical School to:
Expand our Footprint
We are gaining approximately 2000+ of additional, usable square footage on the third floor because we are repairing HVAC and tearing down some walls in those rooms. This space will allow us to:
Expand our church foyer to make main entry way more welcoming.
Add 3 classrooms for ICS and the church.
Add outdoor play/recreation space for children and families in the courtyard
Expand Our Function
New HVAC will ensure our sanctuary, classrooms, nursery, and offices are comfortable and usable all year round.
New bathrooms which will better serve our church and school communities.
New roof which will prevent further water damage and extend the life of our building.
New exterior doors, entry ways, and security film which will improve security and safety.
Expand our Impact
Expanding these spaces will give us more usable classroom space for both the church and school. It will make every part of our building usable for current and future needs. The entryway remodel will not only add security but size making it a better gathering space for regular services and special events. Finishing the courtyard will make it more functional both during the week and on the weekends, making it a safe and fun space for people to sit and children to play.
